CREDIT
Court Referral & Evaluation for Drug Intervention & Treatment aims to help offenders successfully complete their bail period. It provides access to treatment, housing and support services.

CISP
Court Integrated Services Program aims to reduce reoffending and in so doing make communities safer. Like the CREDIT program it too provides referral to assistance and support services.

Diversion program
The Diversion program offers offenders the chance to avoid a criminal record. Their charge is discharged from Court without a finding of guilt. In turn the offender must make a donation to a charity, or in drug related matters, undergo counselling or rehabilitation.

Victorian Legal Aid

Legal Aid provide assistance to the socially and economically disadvantaged. As well as Criminal Law they provide services in Family Law.

The law Institute can provide assistance and advice regarding selecting a lawyer
